Apparently, despair is a sin.

But I wonder, when has God ever had a (romantic) relationship.

To despair is to reject God.

Then why provide humankind with the damn feeling in the first place.

Because to sin is the only way out of the oppressive paradisal garden.

Can one love without the threat of loss?
Neither can God: apple creator, longing weaver.

And don’t dare receive forgiveness before you’ve beat him out of his skin with it. despair.

Let it grow fleshy and dew filled in your beautiful garden.

Though it feeds, it will burst,
worth bursting, leaves longing,
roots deeply, force gently,
wonderful sin soaked nature.
wants to love again.

You don’t despair alone.

You know it was this thanksgiving weekend 16 years ago. My God! 16 YEARS! The age I was when we met, that my first, divine, most passionate love broke up with me. Even though the years have flowed like blood and water, wounded, I can still despair that.

Wonder.
Missed.
