Went to see the remastered Bladerunner at Cinema du Parc here in Montreal last night. My favorite movie, and I was asking myself why throughout, coming up with the answer in the question itself. Bladerunner makes me ask questions about myself. About humanity. About realism and the future and the past. About Daryl Hannah and Sean Young: two replicants, one hero. So much symbolism. Fantastic.
